Hence, B made a formal demand against A. Despite demand, A still failed to comply. a. What are the remedies available to B? b. Assuming that B opted to file a case for the fulfillment of A's obligation which was given due course by the Court but A failed to abide with the judgment of the Court. Can B file another case for rescission of contract
