Suppose there're two table named CITY and country

1. Write a single SQL Join statement to list only the city names, country names in Africa from 2 tables city and country where the country codes matches, and output is sorted in order of city name.

2. Write a single SQL Join statement to find the count of all cities in the countries that are on the continent of "Europe".
