They were 15 when they dreamed to put up a business and promise themselves that when they reached 25, they will venture into laundry business. 10 years later, after finishing their college degree they were ready to start up a new business which they named "JERLO WASH KO LANG" laundry business. The following are the transactions occurred during the month of September: a. Sept. 1 - Jerson and Neil Carlo invested Php 100,000 cash in the business. b. Sept. 2 - Jerson and Neil Carlo acquired 3 Machines worth Php60,000 from "Euwey Murang Makina". The amount of Php 60,000 is broken down as follows: Php35,300 cash and the balance amounting to Php24,700 which Jerson and Neil Castro promised to pay on Sept 25. c. Sept. 15 - Jerson and Neil Carlo incurred their first utility bills from Kisha Electric Company worth Php5,000 (Light), Zedric Water Company worth Php2,000 (Water), and Michelle Telecommunication Company (Telephone) worth Php1,000. All utility bills incurred are paid in cash. d. Sept. 18 - Jerson and Neil Carlo started to run their laundry business. They provide laundry service to Reginald 5 Star Hotel their trusted customer. They earned Php 52,700 for services provided. They received cash amounting to Php 32,700 and the balance of Php 20,000 was billed on account. e. Sept. 25 - Jerson and Neil Carlo has not enough money and paid "Euwey Murang Makina" amounting to php 20,000 cash only for purchased last September 2. f. Sept. 27 - Jerson and Neil Carlo collected the balance from Reginald 5 Star Hotel previously been billed last Sept. 18. g. Sept. 29 - Jerson and Neil Carlo withdraw the amount of Php45,500 for personal used. Instructions: journalize the above transactions
