ITS URGENT.

how could I analyze facts for the case below use the IRAC writing method?

The United Kingdom, a member of the EU, is facing increasing pressure from labor and competitive products coming from EU countries Germany, France and Italy. Prior to the EU, the UK car market was on the verge of collapsing because of inefficiency, lack of completion and waste. Even government subsidies of the UK auto manufacturers did not seem to help. After more than two decades under the EU, the UK car market recovered. It is the top seller of automobiles to EU countries and employs the leading French, German and Italian designers, engineers, and labour technicians outside of France, Germany, and Italy. Overall it is producing some of the most advanced cars in the EU. However, in recent years, the increase of German cars and unskilled labour is negatively impacting a large portion of the UK automobile and labour market. Based on this issue, the UK Prime Minister is asking you for a written recommendation on the following question, "Should the UK should leave or remain in the EU?" Please describe your recommendation in detail and make your best case for staying and your best case for leaving the EU.
