2. [55 points] Suppose a sleep study was run to investigate association between the number of times an individual woke up during an 8-hour overnight observation period (variable "CountAwake"), and certain explanatory variables/factors. Each individual went to sleep in a separate room at 10 pm, and was observed until 6 am the following morning. Two room characteristics were measured ("light" and "noise"), and each individual reported whether they were a "mom ing person" or a "night owl". The data We "SleepStudy" contains information on four variables/factors, for each of 32 individuals: Name | Description COuntAwake Number of times individual woke up during observation period light measurement of how dark the room is noise measurement of the how quiet the room is morning each individual self-identied as either a morning person (coded "Yes"), or a night owl (coded "No") A few lines of data frame "SleepStudy" are presented here: CountAwake light noise morning 0 0 6 No 1 1 1 No 0 2 2 No 2 3 3 No 1 1 4 No 0 4 5 No 0 9 1 No 1 3 2 No 22 23 3 Yes 21 3 l 4 Yes 10 2D 5 Yes 3 4 5 No 0 9 1 No 3 3 2 No 19 20 4 Yes 15 15 5 Yes The following command was run, followed by a summary of tl: tl summaryt fitl, correlation = FALSE } # omitting some information below Coefficients: Estimate Std.
