For organizations to achieve their goals they need to have effective leadership. It is this leadership that plays a central part in understanding group behavior. It is the leader who usually directs the general path to achieving the organization's mission and vision. Unfortunately sometimes, leaders fail. Trust is broken. Goals are not achieved. Perform an analysis on the case of - WHEN LEADERSHIP FAILS - A VIEW FROMTHE LENSOFFOUREMPLOYEES and present your analysis in the stipulated format using the paper outline paying particular attention to the requirements of each section.
