3. Any business has opportunities and risks. The world will benefit from any activity that would help reduce pollution and since Unu's business achieves that, it is an opportunity for Unu. Since the world is becoming more and more advanced, long distance travels for purchase of goods will come down. With almost all products getting in local areas, Unu can expand its business by positioning the scooter in the short commute vehicle segment. Unu is cheap when compared to traditional full scale motorcycles. Evolution of technology and Unu's integration with it. Everyone, now a days carry a mobile phone. Unu has integrated its scooter business to this platform and this is an opportunity for Unu. The German auto industry is famous for its time tested brands and being a German brand itself is an opportunity.

While there are many opportunities, risks like the following are also there. The coronavirus pandemic has posed as a risk for Unu's business because people are not commuting. Such scenarios can be devastating for the business. While it may be overcome over the long run, it is a risk for the short term growth of the company. There are a lot of companies with similar technologies available around the planet now. Unu needs to develop and implement strategies to tackle that. Unu's vision is to provide the world with better urban mobility solutions. Unu's business model fits into its strategic scope as it can be seen that they have gained momentum from giving the scooters on rent. They are gaining from that operation as well as sales of scooters. Once their product picks up, they may be able to add more models to the fleet.

4. Unu can partner with established ride sharing companies like Uber etc. in the future. Both the companies will benefit from this because Unu has a good technology and Uber has better reach. While Uber has similar service, Unu can tackle that or can adopt similar models for future operations. Technology is getting advanced and Unu can introduce models with better capacity batteries for long distance commutes also, in the future. Recent articles states that wireless electricity is deliverable to moving objects over longer distances. When such technologies are available on a commercial scale, Unu can adopt that so that the charging time of scooters can be minimized or avoided. These all will aid in boosting up Unu's revenues.
