Please identify an organization that is rather project-oriented (more projects are underway while the frequency at which new projects come into the system is higher) and conduct a survey on their project monitoring practice. A sample questionnaire is attached herewith so you can use it (or a modified form of it; or, even another questionnaire so long as you justify it).

You may distribute the questionnaire to key members of the project office and also team members of individual projects while getting on board key individual contributors to the various projects as deemed appropriate.

While the survey is expected to qualify the basics of scientific research it is expected to answer the following questions.

1. The basic features of the project monitoring practice in place

2. The outcomes of the project monitoring practice

3. The contribution of the project monitoring practice to the future project management practice in terms of continuously improving the following elements in the project management maturity model

a. Strategies

b. Policies

c. Standards

d. Methodologies

e. etc
