please identify, analyze and draw relevant conclusions to each of the contracts, torts, crimes and other issues found in the hypothetical.

Randy is a 17-year-old-boy from the city of Boredom who will turn 18 the next day.As a pre-birthday gift to himself, Randy skipped onto the property of Russ Zamacho's Mitsubishi Car Lotto look at vehicles to purchase. As he crossed the property line, he tripped on a gopher-hole and twisted his ankle. Randy hobbled over to a shiny red vehicle. At that point, Russ came over to Randy and said "What do you think about this shiny red new Mitsubishi Galllllllllllllant?" Randy loved the vehicle, but did not have the $20,000 to purchase it. Seeing the dejection on Randy's face, Russ made the following proposition to Randy: "If you wear my Zamacho chicken suit and dance outside of the dealership for the entire day, you can have the red Galllllllllant." Randy, without saying a word, instantly adorned the costume and proceeded to dance non-stop. With five minutes left in the day, Russ walkedover to Randy and clucked "I revoke, I revoke!" Randy was dejected that Russ would try to get out of their agreement. In a fit of rage, Randy took off his costume and while Russ was turned away hit Russ with the beak of his costume. Russ fell down and his head smashed against the concrete. Randy took the keys to the Galant and sped away.Knowing he was in trouble, he called his girlfriend Cougar. Cougar was a 20 year-old woman who the courts recently declared incompetent. Randy picked up Cougar and they decided that they needed to disguise themselves to allude the authorities. They drove to the Boredom Mall and headed to the valet. The valet provided Randy a ticket that said that the valet company would not be responsible for any damages to the car. Randy gave the valet the key and the couple headed toForever 21 to find the ideal disguise. While trying on matching camouflage headbands, the PA system of the mall announced that a swarm of killer bees had entered the mall and everybody should immediate evacuate. Randy and Cougar immediately left the mall and waited for the valet to come with the Gallant. When the car arrived, there was a large dent on the hood. The valet admitted he jumped on the hood to avoid the swarm of bees. Right then the swarm made a "bee-line" towards Randy and Cougar. Out of fear, they jumped in the dented car and headed off.Unfortunately, the swarm of bees waspersistent and followed the Gallant. Randy panicked and veered the car into a ditch. The swarm passed by the ditch. Cougar was uninjured and climbed out of the ditch. However, Randy was having trouble climbing out of the ditch. Cougar could have easily have assisted Randy but suddenly remembered that she had her weekly yoga workout and downward-dogged herself to her yoga class. Randy fell downfrom the top of the ditch and broke his left pinky finger. Randy used his Cricket phone to call for an ambulance. The paramedics came and took him to Our Lady of the Perpetually Sick hospital. Dr. Precision immediately diagnosed Randy with a broken left pinky finger. Before he could stabilize the finger, Dr. Precision got called away to audition for America's Got Talent. Dr. Precision called Trembling Terry, his buddy from medical school who flunked-out due to his anxiety. Trembling Terry was happyto do to any medical work these days. As he prepared to stabilize Randy's finger, his shakes got the best of him and bent the pinky the wrong direction. Randy passed out due to the immense pain. When he awoke the next day he found out that his pinky had to be amputated due to complications from gangrene. In shock, he counted on his fingers to 9 and sprinted out of the hospital. He ran through the parking lot and directly onto the propertyof Savannah Susan. Susan is a keeper of rare and dangerous African game such as cheetahs, lions and hyenas. At first, Susan barked at Randy to leave but felt sorry for Randy after seeing his hand in such disrepair offered Randy the following deal: "If you promise to clean up my cheetah stalls, I will pay you $200,000." Randy quickly states "I acccepppppts" and promptly cleans the cheetahstalls in 10 minutes. Susan ensured Randy that she wouldFedEx him a check tohis house ASAP.

Randy decided to get his ankle and finger looked at. He strode into Last Hope Urgent Care and after a short wait Dr. Doolittle checked him out. After a 30 second observation, Doolittleprovided Randy Bengay for his ankle and Flex Tape for his pinkystub. Randy needed money right away so that he could get out of Boredomto allude the authorities who were looking for him. Randy met up with his well-to-do friend Monte Moneybags. Randy stated that "I need mymoney nowwwwwwww." Monte suggested that he would give Randy $20,000 today if Susan would pay the amount owed to Randy instead to Monte. Randy agreed and Monte gave Randy the $20,000.Randy knew that he desperately needed a car and could not go back to see Russ Zamacho. Randy decided to Rally Automotive because he had heard that "Is Rallythe best...boyyyyyy I guess." Randy met up with Mr. Rally and orally agreed to buy a used Teslafor $15,000." Randy drove the Tesla off the lot. Distracted from a text by Monte, he veered into oncoming traffic and hit Lambo Larry head on. Randy texted Monte back to let him know that he was in an accident and needed a ride. Randy admitted to Larry that he was at fault and offered to pay for the damages to the Lamborghini. At that moment, Monte rolled up and said to Larry, "If Randy can't pay for the damages to your car, I will." Monte dropped off Randy at the ATV store so he could get a newride so that he could finally get out of town. Randy had $5,000 left to his name. Salesman Steve stated to Randy that the cheapest ATV was priced at $6,000and made a formal offer in that amount. Randy stated that he would pay $5,000 for the ATV. Steve replied no way. At that point, Randy removed a shank from his camouflage headband and uttered, "I think you will accept $5,000." Steve, clearly in fear, stated "I acceeepppt," and Randy hopped on the ATV and drove off.Randy headed home to get some clothing and personal items before leaving town. When he arrived, there were two pieces of mail. The first piece of mail was a bill from Last Hope Urgent Care in the amount of$30,000 for services rendered for the ankle and pinky stub. The second piece ofmail was from Savannah Susan stating that $200,000 for cleaning the cheetah stalls was excessiveand that she would not pay anything for cleaning the Cheetah stalls. At that moment, the Boredom police arrived at Randy's house asking him to come in for questioning regarding the death of Russ Zamacho.
