Domain Parking Use the Internet to research laws regarding parking and selling unused URLs.

Is it legal to grab up domains and park them? Is it ethical? What about changing the TLD of a well- known website (nasa.com, for example)? With new TLDs being implemented, such as .biz, and .bargain, should all related domain names be protected? Suppose you purchase a domain name for your own use, and it turns out that a company wants to buy it from you? Is it legal to sell it to them? At a profit?
