Also FCU (Fixed cost per unit of care), SVCU (semi-variable cost per unit of care), and VCU (variable cost per unit of care)summing to TCU(total cost per unit).

Separately, kindly provide any supporting statements showing how you calculated your semi-variable PC costs, other large SV costs, rent of your building and other salient fixed costs, and other important costs. These would go on separate pages.
