The comparison of your unit results contained one or more malpractice triggers, which have resulted in your risk assessment being called in for review. This has led us to believe that there may have been malpractice in the conduct of this assessment. We will be reviewing your risk assessment. Unfortunately in this instance we have not been able to investigate the allegation before results for this sitting were issued. Please note that until the conclusion of this investigation you will be unable to register for, or sit, any other NEBOSH assessments. We would be grateful if you could respond to us by 30 July 2021 and provide a written statement so that this can be considered as part of the investigation.
