Develop and maintain databases and records management systems.

Assemble financial data related to proposals, statements of work and agreements for senior management and special programs.

Coordinate and process financial transactions to internal accounting related computer applications.

Reconcile weekly and monthly financial statements.

Compile, organize and analyze data for use in reports.

Review and assess complex administrative related issues and nuances; recommend and advise new solutions for administrative processes and procedures.
