I think the ethical reason and the reason I would choose are that of the same. Dialysis center patient Rob Spears is putting not only the patients at risk but the employees as well. Rob Spears has proven to have a blatant disregard for the health of the patients which is contradictory to the care he normally shows the patients. This plus the fact that he was bragging about it speaks to his character and shows that he is not to be trusted. That said, I would give him an ultimatum, either be suspended until he gets the vaccine or be fired. I do not think he should still be working with the organization and I do not think it would be entirely unethical to fire him without the ultimatum though.
