The following numbers of workers are needed during each of the indicated time blocks:
At least one FT worker must be available during the hour before opening and after closing. Additionally, at least 30% of employees should be FT (8-hours) workers during the restaurant's busy periods from 11 am to 1 pm and 5 pm to 7 pm.
