Please read Chapters 11 and 12 in the textbook, as well as watch Your Guide to Inclusive Leadership, and then address the Week 6 Leadership Reflection Questions. Please use the Leadership Reflection Questions template provided to format the paper.

1. What assumptions and values undergird the Machiavellian leadership style? If power and politics are more important than achievements/performance to impact organizations, does this justify this style of leadership?
2. Identify the 5 types of power in chapter 12 and apply them to examples of leaders in your workplace. Which styles get results in the long-run? Which are more helpful in building emotional commitment?
3. Complete Leadership Practice: Know Yourself 11.1 - Values Balancing. Discuss your 'capacity for collaboration' and 'personal initiative. How does this affect your ability to lead or work with others with different views and values (think diversity).
4. Read section 11.3a - Women as Leaders. According to Exhibit 11.3, how are women better leaders than men? What are your observations regarding female leaders at your workplace?

5. After watching the video Your Guide to Inclusive Leadership, identify 4 major topics you want to share with your top leadership team to help them become more inclusive and diverse.
