Social gambling, raffles for charities, placing bets on horse races, lotteries, placing bets on pit bulldog fighting, placing bets on cock fighting, placing bets on the MGM app regarding boxing, and shooting dice which never has a positive ending due to emotions, alcohol, and guns. The restriction for cock fighting is that it is banned in all fifty states, as well as pit bull fighting. The penalty varies, but the common penalty for both is a $5,000 fine. Cockfighting faces up to a year in jail and pit bull fighting faces up to six months in prison. Gambling and gaming can stand for different things in different states and every state has different laws on specific gambling, sounds like variations of gun laws, right?

Every state criminalizes gambling and that is unfortunate for many, the circumstance of the incident generates the penalty and/or punishment. There are forty-eight states that legalize gambling and the two states that stand their ground is Utah and Hawaii. When I was between the ages of thirteen and nineteen, I participated in craps throughout the community. The jargon for this type of gambling is "What do they hit for?" When alcohol, jealousy, and losing money is involved without authoritative representatives around, the environment becomes very uncomfortable. I am undecided in regards of the law and unrestricted gambling illegal because I never had interest in the concerns of gambling once I joined the United States Army.
