There has been a formal complaint made by the lead receptionist Jordan Sparks that some of the admin team have been bullying him. He claims that Kate, one of the receptionists, makes fun of him, and other staff members have made several hurtful comments about his boyfriend. He feels discriminated against and excluded from workplace activities and conversations and has asked you to support him in finding a suitable solution to this problem.
