The first massage that have to be "Reply"  is

In my opinion some of the qualities that make a good leader are to be very understanding, teamwork, responsibility, good communication skills, and the ability to form good relationships with the people they work with, even friendships. A good leader from my experience would be my World History teacher in 10th grade, She was a very capable teacher and made me feel comfortable and skillful in the class. She was very kind and understanding and really cared for how we did in the class, I believe her care is what enabled her to accomplish that.

Out of the 9 types of intelligent I think the one that fits me best is Interpersonal Intelligence, because I truly understand peoples emotions and feelings, I can look at someone, hear them, talk to them and just know how they are feeling, what's going through their head and what to say to them. My mom for example, I know what makes her mad, what makes her sad or frustrated, and just from her demeanor and looking at her I can tell how she's feeling that day. Once I know how she's doing I carefully choose how to approach and talk to her to communicate effectively while she's in that emotion.

Variables that I believe determine leadership effectiveness are things like their personality, characteristics, their maturity, a big one is how much effort and what skills they bring to the table, and also their level of knowledge of the subject. In my experience the best teachers I've had were people with really kind and open personalities, where they came to class to enjoy teaching and being our partner rather than a superior.

And the second massage is

The qualities that make a good leader are vision, ability, stability, enthusiasm, concern for others, self-confidence, persistence, vitality, charisma, and integrity; in other words, the leader could bring substantial value to the team and show their consideration. Honestly, I have been working as a freelancer, so I don't have a lot of experience in this. However, there was a man I had a chance to work with; he was friendly to everyone and had a simple appearance. I believe not many people could tell he held a high position in a big company in Vietnam. He never laid off anyone; he said he just moved them to another position where they could work effectively because he believed everyone was good at something, whether they knew it yet. This inspires and motivates me whenever I feel I have given up on what I am working on. I consider myself as the one who possesses interpersonal intelligence. Although I still have to learn how to express my feeling to others, I can notice differences between different individuals and sensitivity to the emotions and attitude levels of those around me. I can see that because my friends usually come to me and talk about their emotions as well as problems. They said I could understand the feeling and circumstances so they could see the whole picture clearly. I think besides accomplishing the goal, the variables that determine leadership effectiveness are satisfaction and the development of the team. They are not supposed to do things right but do the right things. For instance, they should generate ideas or empower the members instead of simply giving orders. The goal is not only about archiving the plan but also motivating and developing members to take the whole team to the next level. For example, if problems are to be solved with an order of less than $50, let the members make their own decisions and do not need to consult the assignor. This will make the members feel more valued and will be more responsible for their work.
