The Contracts Administrator administers, maintains, and processes customer contract data in adherence to the Company's Policy and Standard. A valued member of the Finance Department - Services and Streams section, the incumbent is responsible for understanding and adhering to the specific requirements of the Policy and Procedures of the Quality Management System pertaining to Ricoh Canada Inc.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Setting up new Business Partners for all the branches
  • Updating existing Business Partners from internal & external customer requests
  • Resolve Customer Issue Logs assigned
  • Daily/Monthly customer master records file reporting.
  • Always ensures the accuracy and quality of Business Partners
  • 100% completion of all tasks assigned within the set deadline

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary diploma or degree
  • Related business administration experience an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Strong computer literacy - Microsoft O365, (Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel)
