4.Innovative/Initiative

One of the main importances of a leader is to encourage and empower employees while strategic initiatives are conducted. As mentioned previously, constant support and further monitoring of an employee actions will help make room for improvement in advancing productivity results in a given mission. Calculation of various initiatives must be taken as a leader to make sure process and decisive measures are properly assessed, as the appropriate responsibility and objective lies on the leader, as well as its completion.
