The company has secured a four-story building to operate within the Kenyan capital city. Therefore the company would like to allow sourcing the knowledge from a group of pre final year students from VIT University to design and implement their company network. Each floor has departments as provided in the table below. The following are to be considered during the design and implementation: a. There should be three routers connecting each floor (all placed in the server room in IT department) b. All routers should be connected to each other using serial DTE cable. c. Each floor is expected to have one switch (placed in the respective floor). d. Each department is expected to be in different LAN. e. Each floor is expected to have one wireless router to ease the connection. f. The admin of each department upload every day task to the FTP server and the same has been verified by the one of admins in the server room. Implement the above scenario using CPT: - There should be one router on each floor. The router should be connecting switches on that floor. - Use RiP as routing protocol to advertise the routes. - Each department is required to have wireless access points for the users. - Each department expect the server room will anticipated to have around 40 users. - Host devices in the network are required to obtain IPV4 addresses automatically. - Devices in all the departments are required to communicate with each other. - Create DHCP, FTP, HTTP, and DNS servers. - All the devices in the network are expected to obtain an IP addresses dynamically from the dedicated DHCP servers located at the server room. NOTE: - Each one must use a unique IP address. - Details about the IP address allocation must be shown on all the networks. - Give the network an appropriate name. - Use fill colour to differentiate the networks.
