PLEASE SHOW EXCEL FORMULAS

Outdoorsy people know that the crickets chirp faster when the temperature is warmer. Some evidence for this can be found in a book published in 1948 by Harvard physics professor George W. Pierce. Pierce's book includes the table below, which relates the average number of cricket chirps per minute to the temperature at which the data were recorded. Plot the data in an Excel graph and use regression to determine the (approximate) relation between the number of chirps per second and the temperature. If you detect 19 chirps per second, what would you guess the temperature to be? What about 22 chirps a second? (We know this problem has nothing to do with finance, but it's interesting!) (y=3.2911x+25.232; R2=0.6975)
