Q2. Draw DFD with Automation System Boundary and System Flowchart for the following scenario (6 Marks) Suppliers provide the items to the shop. The item goes to the quality control department and is checked whether the product meets to the standards or not. If the products fail to meet the expected standard, then the product is returned to the supplier and if it is our own product then to the designing department. If the product meets the standards, then the quality control department sends the products to the stock inventory department. The stock inventory department enters the data of the product in the computer and then sends to the shop. The products are then placed in the shelves. Customer comes to the shop and asks for a specific item. The sales clerk at the counter searches in the computer whether the product is available or not and if yes where it is in the shop. Customer then buys the product and then pays at the counter of the shop. Sales clerk calculate the amount manually on the computer. Sales-man marks the items in the computer as sold. Cashier then prints the bill from the computer and gives it to the customer. By the end of the day, daily sale sheet will be printed out
