Each record contains data for one household, including a four digit integer identification number, the annual income for the household, the number of household members and the poverty level for the household Read the survey results, one family at a time, from a text file and store them in a binary file until it reaches the end of the text file. Only the identification number, annual income and number of household members are available in the text file. You must compute the poverty level income for each household and whether the family income is below the poverty level or not (YES or NO) After all data has been stored in the binary file, read the data from the binary file and print a five- column table displaying the data in an output text file.
