Thomas company plans to store the part in one or more warehouses which would be rented. There is a nearby warehouse facility in which four separate and adjacent warehouse units are available. Thomas Company can rent the first warehouse unit for an annual rental fee of $4000. This warehouse unit holds a maximum of 150 parts.
