Having read through the Chapter #1 in Week #1, what is your understanding and opinion in the need for Project Managers. Why can't a regular operational managers simply manage the budget and schedule and perform as a project manager? What are some of the characteristics needed to perform as a seasoned project manager and that would be different than day to day departmental management
