What, in your opinion, is the ethical responsibility of casino manager when they believe one of their patrons cannot control their gaming habits. What clear indicators would you be on the lookout for as a manager on the casino floor. Please consider all sides of this issue through a pragmatic (practical and sensible) lens; how do we realistically balance and implement this responsibility with the casino's apparent goal of extending play and keeping patrons satisfied? What are the risks involved with allowing or ignoring problem gambling and what are the risks of stepping in?
