In order to valuate a company, stock, asset, we have to predict what it's future cash flows will bring. This week's lesson focuses on how to predict future growth of a company in order to accurately predict future cash flows. Please describe one financial aspect of predicting future cash flows that you know and can perform well and one area you wish you understood better with regards to predicting future year cash flows for a firm.
