Problem 1: (20 Points) Create a function called Change. This function will accept any given vector as an input, independent of the size of the vector. Function Change checks to see if the largest element of the input vector is greater than two times the smallest element of the input vector. If true, Change will switch the location of the smallest and the largest elements of the input vector and return the new vector as the output. (Assume that there is no duplicate elements in the input vector)
