Pls only use c# $.$net $/$ visual studio $2022.$

Do not make a console app. I have an interface already in visual studio with $9$ buttons named btn$1-9$ for each square in the game. Also please read the instructions in the picture I have posted. The user gets to choose whether they play as X or O$.$
