To lead a change an individual must have vision. That said person can not have a selfish vision but one that benefits the people and direction of the organization. They also must be incapable of corruption and have open-mindedness. The changes can't be done by one person alone you will need the input of your colleagues to ensure the ideas are carefully thought through. Establish what was wrong in the past and also how to prevent negative occurrences in the future. Experience plays a key role also in leading change. And it's not always the person with the most experience that's suited to leading the change. More of a balance of experience combined with decision making are attributes that are more likely held by the candidate leading the change. The structure starts and ends with the people. How projects are being circulated and completed can make or break an organization. If there low-quality workers they should be terminated because they take up the time of the more competent employees. As the leader is tasked with who stays and who is fired, which is the most difficult thing to do as a manager, they must briefly be the bad guy of the workplace. But, work starts heading in the right direction you'll have respect like no other in the organization.
