I went on the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs website and verified that the business name is available. The business will not operate under any other name. My business will focus on providing Hawaiian themed apparel for the age range of newborns to teenagers. Raw materials will be purchased and the apparel will be manufactured and sold. Kai Creations will not provide any services. The clothing business will be an equal partnership between my sister and I. My sister will oversee the day-to-day operations of Kai Creations.
