plz help me,i need to do about weekly discussion topic "reflection of your project " actually i have done it,but anyone can help me input my content on it,the below information is my reflection assignment and the project of Ikea company assignment reference, plz help?
IKEA is a Swedish company founded by Ingvar Kamprad and headquartered in Sweden. The Multinational company design and sells ready-to-assemble home furniture but is not limited to home appliances, home accessories, and modern design furniture at an affordable price. As of this writing, IKEA has 422 stores in more than 50 markets. We cannot ignore the fact that IKEA's business model works on every aspect of their business and provides a great customer experience. Undoubtedly, they are a profitable company indeed, however, they still experience significant challenges that need to be discussed to differentiate their business from the competition.
IKEA has faced many problems and here are some of the issues worth mentioning:
- generating awareness in new countries and creating new customers
- being able to meet target demand by ensuring that the company did not incur losses
- competitors selling the same product at a cheaper price
- getting new employees who were willing to comply with the company rules.
In order to overcome the above-mentioned challenges, the company needs to innovate and step up its branding and marketing strategies. Workable solutions include:
- extensive targeted advertisement to the country or region they are planning to enter. Introduce the wide variety of collections the store can provide. Advertise that the company is a one-stop shop for all of their home improvement needs.
- By knowing the target market, the company will be able to predict demand and be able to stock enough inventory to guarantee sales and minimize the loss of potential buyers and customers.
- Differentiate the company from ordinary furniture and home improvement store to IKEA. This is done by selling a great customer experience and seamless transactions. Since all of the furniture that IKEA sells is DIY customers can bring home the furniture immediately without waiting for a scheduled delivery this will lessen the waiting time and agony of waiting for their purchase to arrive.
- Aside from complying to government-mandated laws and regulations, IKEA should provide different kinds of benefits to attract talented and great employees. Aside from providing healthcare benefits, they can offer higher employer-employee 401k shares or comprehensive health benefits that a dependent can be included for free or at a discount.
- Lastly, IKEA should improve on their customer service and after-sales experience.

"Reflecting of Project" This project excites me because it gives us the opportunity to work as a team, to assist one another, and to divide the labor so that it is equitable for everybody. Plus, everyone was working extremely hard to complete this project, to the point where I was getting headaches every day just thinking about how we would present this poster or presentation. Maria, for example, was concerned about her grade if we did fail, but in the end, we succeeded, and everything went better than I expected. My skills were that I could talk to people and have a conversation with them, share connections, and show them what diabetes was all about, as well as being able to speak loudly enough for people to hear me and comprehend what I was saying and expressing myself. However, I had a flaw in that I was doing the posternot time and not talking to my team about what was right and wrong about the project. Trying to finish on time and translating the entire poster into Spanish was a difficult task, but one that I completed successfully. I appreciate meeting new individuals and being available to assist them with their diabetes-related family difficulties, as well as learning new things about them and knowing that most people are concerned about others' health. For example, this lady called her mother to find out what type of diabetes she had, and she discovered she had type 2. We told her everything we knew about type 2 diabetes, and she was content with what we told her. People occasionally disregarded us when we were talking to them and just passed us by as if nothing had happened, which made me feel like we weren't doing it right. It goes without saying that a sense of belonging among management, employees, and consumers provides a competitive advantage. Whenever we approach a new firm, we will undoubtedly try to learn more about its culture, including its way of thinking, working, and behaving. And it's likely that the more diverse a place's culture is, the more difficult it is for outsiders to analyze that culture. Google and Zappos' achievements demonstrated that they had a clear understanding of how to assess an organization's culture. They build strong bonds with their stockholders, partners, fans, consumers, and newcomers. It is implied that executives should encourage employees to hold open events as frequently as possible to allow them to mingle and learn about each other's cultures.
