QUGSUOH 3 Buyer made a claim based on the defect of the automatic gates supplied by the manufacturer and installed by the contractor, whereby the paint works of the gate was found to have peeled off. The complaints relating to the defect was led by the claimant ensuing a period of nine (9) months after installation (product warranty is for 1 year). The manufacturer claims that the warranty does not include occurrences of paint peeling off and it is conrmed by the management that the paint came off as a result of contact / impact with a hard object instead of quality issues. The contractor stated that the investigation by technicians resolved that the damage I defect is caused by a knock! blow with another object and is not caused by defect I lack of quality.
