This may be a change of policy on the behalf of a specific group of clients, related to staff, about a particular program change, or it may be for an entire organizational change. Create a concise 1.5 page memo written to the fictional leader/leadership team of the social work organization. In this memo, you are advocating for a specific policy change (or introduction of a new policy). Imagine that you have informally addressed the issue with your supervisor, and he/she has asked you to write up your thoughts on the subject and then present them at an upcoming staff meeting.
