Policy Research Team Contracts (policies) for collaborative and well-functioning team work **Have a presentation ready that discusses expectations for writing, research, & analysis** Discuss the biggest challenges to conducting collaborative research and producing high quality co-written projects and what your team can do to address them. Discuss qualities you should expect from your teammates and how to avoid problems that can arise from sharing the workload, e.g., research, writing, reporting, final assignment submissions. PRTs discuss what you can do (individually and as a group) to "maintain a healthy attitude" working together this semester. Develop your team's "Contract for Collaboration & Excellence" to address these challenges and influence positive behaviors for the semester, as well as establish criteria and a process for "voting a member off the PRT." Develop a one-page agreement that all members complete/sign by next week's session
