Leadership is affected by mood and emotion, as people in a positive emotional state are found to be more receptive to messages from leaders. Though we know and understand that employees cannot always be positive and upbeat please provide some solutions that can positively affect and increase performance. Please provide one real example.

We discussed the importance of personality and values in the workplace research shows that the more we consider peoples different cultures, the better we will be able to determine our teammates work behavior. Why do organizations place so some much attention in creating a positive organizational climate and can this really exist now in a post COVID world and with people working remotely?
