Power on your Exchange Virtual Machine.
From within VM Workstation, select VM -> Settings (or CTRL+D).
On the Virtual Machines Settings box click on CD/DVD.
Click on the Radio Button "Use ISO image file:" and then click Browse.
Select the file "C:\Software\ExchangeServer2016-x64-cu4.iso".
This will mount Exchange Server 2016 as a Virtual DVD Rom within your Virtual Machine (D:\).
From within your virtual machine, open File Explorer and navigate to \\192.168.2.49\CPT272\
Copy over the files "UcmaRuntimeSetup" and "windows10.0-kb3206632..."
Run both executable files, installing the service packs.
Once that is complete, follow the Installation and Post-installation Configuration Steps from pg 180 - 193 in your book.
Note: Because we are in a lab environment, not everything will work as expected.
When completed, turn in a copy of your user logged into your ECP -- Open a web browser and navigate to https:/localhost/ecp/.
From within VM Workstation, take a new snapshot and call it Post-Exchange.
If you run into any issues during the installation process, you can revert to the snapshot you created in the first assignment by right clicking on your virtual machine within VM Workstation, selecting Snapshot and Revert to Snapshot:Pre-Exchange.
