power_int_list accepts an integer list as the first argument and an integer as the second argument. Have the function return a new list that raises each element to the power of what was entered in the second argument.

Hint: See the docstring on how to raise a number to a specified power.

Example

test_list = [3, 7, 1]

result_pow = power_int_list(test_list, 2);

result_pow would be equal to: [ 9, 49, 1 ]
