Prabawathi shows a keen interest over a five-acre piece of land that is situated in Taiping to start her durian farm. According to the advertisement, the land is offered for sale at RM 2 million by Haziq Luqman who claim to be the lands proprietor. Unknown to Prabawathi Sdn. Bhd., Haziq Luqman is a minor aged 17 years old. After further negotiations, Prawabathi agreed to purchase the land at a discounted price of RM 1.5 million and paid 20 percent deposit to Haziq Luqman.
