Prospecting and qualifying - which method would you use? b. Pre approach - what information source would you use? c. Approach -how would you get a customer's attention? d. Presentation and demonstration - what presentation format would you use? e. Handling objections - how would you handle any objections? f. Closing - which of the 3 techniques would you use? g. Follow-up - how would your follow-up and maintain the relationship? Note: The number of slides in not important. You decide how many you need.
