Top and bottom housings fit 20 per bin, circuit boards at fit 50 per bin, captative screws fit 75 a bin and labels come in packs of 100 per bin. Calculate the quantity of Kanban bins required by part type for the workstation with a 2-bin system. Show your work. Part B.
