For the caffeine, instead of making a molar concentration of caffeine standard, we will keep everything as a mg/mL concentration to more easily assay mg/ capsule. For the internal standard, we will keep it as a molar concentration. Weigh all the powders directly into the volumetric flasks. Make the following solutions in the hood: - Calculate the mass of making 1mg/mL of caffeine (99.5%) stock solution in 10mL volumetric flask with chloroform. - Make a 10mM triphenylmethane (TPM) in 10mL volumetric flask with chloroform. - Calculate the dilutions for making 0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2, and 0.25mg/mL solutions. In class, only make the 0.15mg/mL caffeine solution in 10mL with chloroform. Add 1mL of the 10mM TPM solution before bringing up to volume
