Preliminary Task (To be completed before proceeding with Task 1 and 3) ASSESSMENT INSTRUCTIONS Determine the workplace practices you will review in the succeeding tasks. Workplace practices may relate to your organisation's practices for administration, customer service, marketing, sales, performance management, training and onboarding, work health and safety, etc. STEPS TO TAKE 1. Select one existing workplace practice within your organisation. 2. Select one proposed workplace practice for your organisation. 3. Identify at least two sources of information that you can access to help you review each workplace practice you selected. Sources of information can include: relevant legislation, regulations, and standards organisational data such as reports of how well existing practices are implemented, key performance indicators customer/client feedback, feedback from other stakeholders, e.g. contractors, suppliers, etc. organisational mission and vision, policies and procedure, codes of conduct your organisation's business plans, operational plans, strategic plans, etc. Note that you will be required to access these sources of information in Task 1.1. 4.
