Prepare a case study for Publix Super Markets: Its Strategy in the U.S. Supermarket and Grocery Store Industry

Publix Supermarket's President Kevin Murphy has employed you as a consultant to assess the company's overall situation and recommend a set of actions to improve the company's prospects. Please prepare a report of no more than seven pages for Mr Murphy identifying the 3-4 top priority issues that the company's management should address and the actions you believe he must initiate to address these issues and preserve Publix as a dominant firm in the industry, both in terms of market share and profitability. Your report should contain detailed and convincing reasons supporting each of your recommendations.
