You may consider the Walmart order as a job order work. Explain the processes, Direct and Indirect materials required at each step, (quantities, source, price), Direct labor and indirect labor required, cost of labor and other manufacturing overheads.

Calculate the pre-determined overhead rate. Explain the rationale for Predetermined OH rate. Use group think and research.

Raw Material for producing 250,000 cubes, Each cube requires 1 pack containing 9 blocks of eeach colour, which totals to 6 packs for 1 cube, which is avaialbe at $0.5 each, that means, for 1 cube raw material cost is $3 ($0.5 x 6).

If looked in packaging costs, cardbord packaging @ $0.5 per pack, which is equal to $ 125000 (250,000 x $0.5)

For direct labour, 500 cube each hour is produced, it will take 50 days (1 month and 20 days-exclusing sundays), assuming that there is a 10 hour shift each day.

allotting 3 hours to whole sale packaging and 1 day of delivery will land us to final delivery of 30th April.
