How do your role and team fit into the company and its goals? Knowing how the team functions to achieve company goals will help you formulate how your solution involves all stakeholders.

2 How long has your company been in business? Getting this information will help the reader gauge if pain points are specific to a startup or new company vs. a veteran company. How many employees do you have? Another great descriptor for readers to have. They can compare the featured company size with their own. Is your company revenue available? If so, what is it? This will give your readers background information on the featured company's gross sales. Who is your target customer? Knowing who the target audience is will help you provide a better overview of their market for your case study readers. How does our product help your team or company achieve its objectives? This is one of the most important questions because it is the basis of the case study. Get specifics on how your product provided a solution for your client. You want to be able to say "X company implemented our solution and achieved Y. " How are our companies aligned (mission, strategy, culture, etc.)? If any attributes of your company's mission or culture appealed to the client, call it out. Remember, you will need to work on this on your own. The College's rules of Academic Integrity will apply.
