Aug. 15 $90,000 call money was received by this date Aug. 22 The shares on which call money was not received were forfeited. Aug. 25 The forfeited shares were placed with an institutional investor, paid to $4 on payment of $3.25. Expenses pertaining to the reissue were paid $2000. The cash was received from the financial institution, and any balance in the forfeited shares account was transferred to Forfeiture Reserve Account
