Participant 2: Represents a technical worker. Participant 3: Represents an advisor. Send an email to your participants inviting them to attend the Consultation Meeting. The invitation must communicate their roles, duties, responsibilities and follow organisational policies and procedures.

* Facilitate the meeting Facilitate a 10-15 minute consultation meeting. Ensure you address each of the following criteria in the meeting: * Communicates proposed risk management process, WHS requirements and compliance. * Contributes ideas about WHS hazard identification and risk control processes. * Confirms information and data with others, representing stakeholders.

* Seeks input from others about: Changes needed to improve WHS risk management steps. Improvements to process to better reflect work and work relationships.

* Used structure and language that is suitable for the audience. * Cooperates with others as part of WHS hazard identification and risk control processes. * Collaborates with others to achieve outcomes.

The meeting can be conducted in your workplace, suitable venue (for example, a classroom) or an online environment such as MS Teams, Adobe Connect or another medium. Where your meeting is not being assessed real-time by your teacher or assessor, you must use a mobile device or other equipment to record your session.
